All international orders must be faxed to us with signature!
We cannot ship liquids or aerosols except in pallet quantities by ocean freight only. Barrels, bullets, brass, powders, primers, ammunition, muzzleloaders, air guns and frames are all regulated by United States export laws. There may also be other regulated merchandise in your country. All of these items require an import license from your country and we must also apply for a license to export to you. All import and export license must have exact information (in English) and a minimum of $300.00 USD for us to apply for an export license. There is a $275.00 USD fee for each export license issued.

Please contact your local post office for further restrictions. There is no freight issued on return goods. Most repairs and or replacements are via manufacturer. All fees for customs are the responsibility of the customer. All money transactions must be through a U.S. bank and in U.S. dollars. International orders will be shipped by Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express (FedEx). To expedite delivery, FedEx may not charge you tax, customs, and duty fees at the time of delivery. You will see a separate charge for these on your credit card after FedEx notifies us of these amounts.
All international orders must be filled out on Midsouth's order form, signed and faxed. We also require you to fill out the Export Release Form which you can email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 931-503-8037. After reviewing your order we will determine whether we will accept a credit card payment. If we cannot, you can make arrangements for other payment methods. You may send wire transfers to:

Due to the high volume of credit card fraud, it becomes necessary for us to take these precautions with a longer procedure, and allows us to provide our low prices. As an older customer, you will probably have no trouble paying with a credit card. New customers will need to either pay with a money order or cashiers check in U.S. funds or a wire transfer to our account for a period of one year. Once the order has been received, we will try to determine the best way to ship the items you have requested. You will be contacted with the quote. There will be a 10% paper work & filing fee on all orders. This fee will not exceed $20.00 USD. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
