Midsouth is proud to offer the 458 SOCOM Factory Crimp Die. The 458 SOCOM Factory Crimp Die was designed to ensure that when you seat and crimp the bullet, you are going to achieve the maximum accuracy possible. By crimping the bullet with more force, the 458 SOCOM Factory Crimp Die will ensure better alignment and no "set back" due to feeding which will in turn lead to poor accuracy. In testing, it has been determined that higher pressures increase accuracy. The 458 SOCOM Factory Crimp Die will secure the bullet and allow the pressure to rise to the appropriate level so that the bullet can be as fast and therefore accurate as possible from a cartridge stand point.
