Match Grade Case Mouth and Neck Tension Gage 6mm and 6.5mm

Many have asked for a more precise version of the standard neck tension gage and Ballistic Tools delivers just that with the Match Grade Case Mouth and Neck Tension Gage 6mm and 6.5mm. For precision handloading, this neck tension offers small steps of 0.001" to measure neck tension from 0-0.004". Same as with Ballistic Tools standard gauges, using this gauge offers a greater level of precision versus trying to read neck tension with calipers, because the case mouth can easily stretch or have an internal burr that will throw off caliper measurements.

An additional feature of the 1 thousandth steps is that reading this gauge is as simple as counting the number of rings that are visible. If 3 rings are visible, you have 3 thousandths of neck tension. This gage is for .243/.264/6mm/6.5mm such as 6.5mm Creedmoor, 6mm Creedmoor, .243 Winchester, 6mm BR, 6mm Dasher and many others.
