Midsouth is proud to offer the 20" Pre-Ban A2 with Carry Handle Complete Upper Assembly. The 20" Pre-Ban A2 Complete Upper with Carry Handle can help you turn your completed lower receiver into a semi-automatic version of the rifle the US Military carried from the mid 80's through the early 2000's. Del-Ton has faithfully reproduced each detail to true Mil Spec dimensions making aftermarket accessories a breeze to install. As this is a full and completely assembled upper, everything you need is included. The 20" Pre-Ban A2 with Carry Handle Complete Upper Assembly has a 5.56 x 45mm NATO chamber, Chrome Moly steel Vanadium barrel in the 20" Heavy Profile with a 1 in 9" twist rate. The excellent "iron" sights make target shooting enjoyable. The forward hand guards are round just like the M16A2 that inspired the 20" Pre-Ban A2 with Carry Handle Complete Upper Assembly. The bolt and the bolt carrier are THP and MPI tested to ensure that they are of top quality. The bolt carrier is also chrome lined to facilitate smooth functioning and easy cleaning. A standard charging handle is also included to complete the upper receiver.
