These are overruns, cosmetically blemished jackets or tip discolorations, or factory second bullets from a major bullet manufacturer. As part of our agreement to sell these, we can not disclose the bullet manufacturer.
Some projectile tips are misshapen, other packages may contain bullets which vary by grain weight. Some may just be from the production machine's initial setup. No matter what, you're getting tipped hunting, or tipped match bulk bullets at a fraction of the cost!
