It allows you to preset dies for the quickest caliber conversion on the market. Includes lower bracket with guide bushing and lock ring. The new Powder Through Expanders work great with the Quick Change Powder Die. *Note: This product will work only with the New Case Activated Powder Drop, part # 005-050073.
